We will meet with you to understand your need, identify banker/investors requirements and assist to review and prepare the following as part of ATF readiness assessment:

• Financial statements in accordance with acceptable accounting framework;
• Analyze business plan and financial data including forecasting;
• Perform a financial health check, if required; and
• Advise on the considerations for work plan

Phase 2 includes:

• Review/assist in preparing an application ready for banker or investors, but not making management decision; and
• Assist in addressing banker/investors comments.

Phase 3 includes:
